NABTP 14th Annual Leadership Conference
and 15th Annual Meeting
April 21 - 22, 2006

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:

Registration to NABTP’s 14th Annual Leadership Conference and 15th Annual Meeting is provided on a limited, space available and complimentary basis to representatives of the media provided they have checked in with Conference staff, completed the registration process and agree to the following:

• The complimentary registration includes NABTP’s conference events scheduled on April 21, 2006.
• You must register at the Conference Registration desk by providing press credentials and identification cards, name, address, phone number and email address at least 30 minutes prior to the time of the conference.
• The NABTP Conference registration badge and media/press identification must be worn at all times during the conference.
• No recording devices (audio or video) may be used inside the workshops or forums without prior approval.
• The complimentary registration does not include meals.
• You may cover meal functions without eating if you are reporting the event,have registered and so notified Conference staff.
