Public Policy: "Got Broadband?"

A high energy, information-packed moderator-led panel will examine the issues with broadband deployment. Is a re-write of Telecom 96 in order? What is the network neutrality mandate? Will we see choice, flexibility and quality services grow or diminish? Will private interests trump public access? Hear diverse views from industry leaders on what the fundamental issues of broadband deployment are and how they affect how you earn, learn and live.
